The house is an architecturally designed, all concrete home in a spectacular setting built into a bluff waterfront property with an open creek and waterfalls running along the side of the property.

Design

Architek worked with the Barry Simpson Architects and the home owners on this exclusive luxury water front home in West Vancouver. Providing design assist on a number of extensive and intensive green roofs and some water management on the sloped drive way.

Installation

We installed a number of green roofs on this challenging lot location utilizing a larger crane for the reach required. The result of the installation of the green roofs on this waterfront home on nothing short of spectacular.

Maintenance

Architek is currently advising on maintenance for this residential green roof project.
